How To Install GRAPHICS Mods ?

In order to install Graphics mods in GTA 4, Firstly you have to make your game ready for modding. For This You will need to add basic Essential Mods in your game. 

You can download the Essential Mods pack from here. Paste all the mod files from essential pack to your game folder and you’re ready to go!
